That&#039;s also presumably why the whole &quot;gas card&quot; system asks for the odometer mileage.  If I fill up at 32,000 miles and then fill up again at 32,027 miles, something&#039;s up.</description>

		<description>They must be having a problem with cards being used to fill other people&#039;s tanks or cards being stolen.  Using the drivers ID as a PIN would add some protection.  That&#039;s probably &quot;easier&quot; than charging more to cover improper charges.</description>
